To place an order, simply browse our Puffluf collection, select your desired bed size and color, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You will be guided through filling in your shipping address and payment details to complete the purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location. Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US then takes approximately 5–17 business days. You can view estimated delivery times for expedited options at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Sweet Dreams Guarantee. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your Puffluf bed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.Crucially, the bed must be returned in the exact condition it was received: clean, free of all pet hair, debris, and odors. Since our beds are 100% machine washable, we recommend washing and thoroughly drying the bed before sending it back to ensure it meets our hygiene and resale standards.
